These speakers set me back about $325 since theo- pair including shipping. The inebriated end store near my house wanted $250 a piece. Those habitancy told me theo- reason theirs were higher was because of theo- warranty order that only an real retailer could offer. Yeah? Really? Is order that warranty merit $226? I guess not!

So theo- price here is great! Boston is a fixed shape brand since audio philes who don’t wish to throw drop thousands of dollars since polite speakers. The definition of sound is exhibition to good and theo- coloring is rich although does not detract from theo- sound. With two woofers per speaker there is a polite dying end response withy phat bottoms and punchy tightness since often focused bass sounds such inasmuc as kick drums. I have not pushed these to theirs limits so i can’t say since sure what they can handle. I’m powering them withy a 190 watt pioneer amp from ‘97.

The amp may make all theo- difference withy these speakers. I wanted something older to impart often warmth but i could not find anything readily available.

As far inasmuc as i can tell these Boston Acoustics CS226B are a spectacular bargain and provide rich reproduction since theirs price range.
